Ingredients
3 feijoas
1 red onion
1 tomato
1 bunch coriander
1/3 cucumber
1 lime
Method
Slice the skin off the feijoas
Finely chop all ingredients except for the lime and place into a bowl
Squeeze lime juice over salsa, gently mix and serve straight away
